Berlin Allianz crept into the World Final after taking the region 3 title by 1 point over Stockholm and losing the European Championship by the same margin in overtime against the Birmingham Salvo. The team spent four weeks in Los Angeles preparing for the event and chasing the unreal dream of winning the Mountain Dew trophy.
In the end it was not enough and we faltered in the semi final against the San Francisco OPTX earning another 3.-4th place finish and 70 000 USD.
