Being part of something extraordinary is a dream for many of us. One of the «perks» for those that make it is the admiration of people that know you, or who for any reason feel they can identify with you.

Livia «Liefje» Teernstra's tale is indeed extraordinary. The New Zealand native have lived in Sweden for two years to make a career for herself in electronic sports.

Last week she was featured by NZ's first competitive gaming magazine.

NZ expat

Her life in Sweden have many wondering but to her it is perfectly normal living so far away from home. She recently got back from a trip back home to see friends and family and she confessed that it had been two years since her last visit to her hometown of Auckland.

During this interview the New Zealand gaming community are introduced to the girl behind the gamer as Livia answers questions about her life and how it all came to pass.

Wow, hey, thanks for the comments/encouragement guys. I'm doing what I can to help grow the competitive gaming scene back here in little New Zealand. It's something I'm passionate about, so I want to do my best.

I'd also really like to attend a few of the big international events but we shall see what the future brings.

Yeah, I should really add a photo to the interview, would you mind Livia?
